Creative Storyteller & Writer
Who is this guy?
Glad you asked. A California transplant who's come to call the Midwest home.
Four-time recipient of Best Bartender In The Living Room Award.
Board game enthusiast. Amateur guitarist.
And former bad writer.

I've been writing stories since I could get my grubby little baby hand around a marker. In hindsight, most of them suck. But I like to think of everything as a rough draft: an opportunity to improve, to experiment, to learn. And when you love storytelling as much as I do, the learning is part of the fun.

Nothing lights up my brain like unearthing a new trick of language, or remembering something cool to try next time I dive into a character's brain or a brand's personality. The more you learn, the more you get to feel that cringing pride that comes from re-reading something you wrote years ago and thinking, "Woof. I wrote that?"
Just about anything can be achieved with enough drafts. All you have to do is finish the first one.
